Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Market research for new and existing products.
Launching of new as well as existing products.
Assist in marketing strategies for marketing plan implementation.
Advertising and promotion schemes.
Preparation of Distribution Incentive plans and market rebates.
Support merchandizers in the local market.
Analyse all sales figures, reports and make suggestions, recommendations on how to improve sales through various marketing schemes.
Analyse market data and prepare sales report.
Work towards exceeding KPI's and objectives across all areas of responsibility for the year.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and related courses.
Proactive
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially with excel/formula, Photoshop/PPT etc.
At least 3-5 years marketing experience in an FMCG company
Should be self starters.
