Leading Exhibitions Company looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
To deliver an understanding of current customer engagement levels, through primary and secondary research methodologies leading to the definition and then implementation customer engagement activity and to contribute commercial activity planning to improve retention rations.
Deliver win-back sales targets and retention renewals rates across online and live events projects.
Increase customer engagement and product usage to increase retention and satisfaction rates
Inform new business team on trends in purchasing customers to identify key segments to invest in
Meet win-back targets to increase subscription base
Produce monthly non-renewal subscriber reports to define product enhancements and NPD
To set up a mechanism to deliver continuous feedback to the division, including NPS scores, in addition to annual customer insight surveys
Develop sensitivity planning and understand churn patterns providing strategic marketing plans based on customer churn/ attention rates
Top-line renewals plans allocating costs and budgets forward planning every financial year
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in renewals, retention and customer service, preferably in a B2B or publishing environment.
Experience in market segmentation and customer insights
Experience of working with a CRM solution
Budgeting and planning at a managerial level
