Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Working with the Group Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategies and campaigns for the ELR Bars and Restaurants operating division to achieve key annual business objectives and plans.

Coordinating the monthly promotional calendar, which includes developing marketing materials and activating and managing campaigns that are both ATL (above the Line) and BTL (below the line) for the purpose of increasing brand awareness and generating revenue.

Marketing Executive will be involved in all aspects of advertising, social media, public relations, event management, community engagement, media relations, partner engagement, publication development, internal communications, media buying and marketing research.

Marketing Campaigns:
Implement marketing strategies, objectives and tactics which proactively support the achievement of annual and longer term business objectives, working collaboratively with the Group Marketing Manager
Ensure marketing campaigns support the vision for the individual brands by;
significantly improve consumers engagement within the appeal of the individual brands
drive awareness, sales and engagement through the impact of outlet marketing activities
provide outstanding impact with well executed campaigns and collateral
champion the collation of consumer research to drive changes to the brand proposition
develop a network of media contacts to drive press activity for each campaign
Work closely with Executive Managers to support and coordinate the development of Outlet led marketing campaigns and new store opening programs from concept through to implementation, and ensuring follow up analysis is communicated
Create and drive a PR strategy which consistently delivers key messages and brand USPs to the agreed target audiences.
Drive footfall into outlets through the use of available media and track coverage on a monthly basis

Marketing Calendar of Activities
Managing and executing marketing activities within the marketing promotional calendar for all brands, including:
Briefing in artwork requirements with design agencies for various promotional activities.
Determining marketing material production specifications, and overseeing all production is up to standard
Marketing of one-off special event activations to increase exposure and attendance
Marketing of ongoing promotional events and campaigns to generate awareness and increase sales
Menu updates and new menu implementation in line with yearly menu planner
Tactical Offer communication implementation
Evaluating marketing campaign results based on set targets

Digital Marketing
Oversee and manage website portfolio, ensuring content is up to date and in line with brand standards
Oversee and monitor all social media websites, ensuring best practices are adhered to, as well as offer advice and support to outlet managers on Facebook management and evaluating insights & analysis
Liaising with Social Media agencies for social media advertising and promotional opportunities

Events
Play an active role in the implementation of the brand and marketing activities during events, which includes being present at the event to ensure successful brand representation
Working with the Events Team to ensure all events are supported with proactive marketing campaigns to create awareness within customer base and local media
Provide support in the planning, execution and logistics of all major events

Administrative
Management of project-set budgets ensuring that all marketing spend within a project scope is in line with pre agreed budget
Maintaining up to date records of Marketing Purchase Orders and Invoices

Photography
Assisting and managing photo-shoots to increase the photo images portfolio, including both food photography and architectural photography
Managing and updating Image Library in line with new and updated imagery

Requirements

Essential:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) preferably in Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 3 years marketing experience, preferably within the Leisure/F&B or retail sectors in the UAE
Understanding of marketing strategies, methodologies and processes, with a proven track record of developing and delivering creative solutions which have directly contributed to the achievement of improved business performance.

Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

Experience working with suppliers (agencies, printers etc)
