Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

My client is a worldwide provider for security using technology to help international organizations fulfil their Duty of Care obligations. To support my clients growth they are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, PR or any related communications field - either in-house or in an agency - preferably with an emphasis on digital marketing.

The role would require the candidate to work on both long term branding strategy and day to day marketing activities as the company moves into a new period of rapid growth. As a skilled copywriter, you will have experience of producing marketing collateral, project briefs and email campaigns in a professional environment. Candidates with experience with online marketing, social media, content management systems and design programs (Adobe Photoshop and InDesign) are preferred. You should combine creativity with excellent organizational skills and have a keen interest in implementing marketing strategy for a fast paced company that is looking to expand over the next few years.

The Role Tasks:
- Maintenance, review and administration of our existing marketing collateral
- Create and produce content for a variety of online marketing activities including the website, email campaigns and product presentations.
- Create and maintain news stories for bi-monthly newsletter
- Maintain and administer social media platforms incl. LinkedIn.
- Website updates to CMS
- Support in event/conference participation
- Support on key PR and marketing projects as part of the overall marketing strategy
- Support in the development of CRM solution

Requirements

Key Skills:
- Copywriting
- Digital marketing experience incl.email marketing experience in social media, electronic newsletters
- Familiarity with Adobe Design, in particular - Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience using a Content Management System

Additional skills:
- Experience in video production incl. storyboarding

Personal attributes:
- Native English speaker
- Creativity, enthusiasm and passion for communications
- Positive and a self-starter
- Able to work autonomously but within a wider team effort
- Well-organised and with a willingness to learn new skills

Education:
- Degree in politics/ marketing or equivalent is preferred
