Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

· Develop and maintain continual awareness of external market trends, including competitor strategy and consumer needs and translate them into successful marketing initiatives.
· Follow up on new launches/ projects implementation. Work hand-in-hand with all stakeholders (Henkel team, distributor and below the line service provider) to make sure that all projects are implemented successfully as per our objectives.
· Monthly track, monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of the country's performance in terms of:
- Retail Audit
- Tracker
- Financials
- Competition analysis.

Requirements

· 0-2 years of experience in Jordan.
· Graduate from a reputable university with a bachelors' degree in marketing.
· English and Arabic fluency is a must.
· Excellent Microsoft office skills.
· Good communication, time management and multitasking skills.
· Eagerness to learn with strong project management/follow up skills.
