Marketing & HR Executive - Hertz

Job Purpose:
As the Marketing & HR Executive your primary responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:

* To ensure the internal and external brand awareness of Hertz is maximized a tall opportunities in the most cost effective manner.
* To support implementation of the Hertz marketing plan that is fully aligned with the vision of the Hertz management team.
* HR Administrative Duties, Org Charts/Incentive Data/SAP Updates.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* To effectively manage all aspects of Hertz marketing and branding to outside market.
* To develop business strategy alongside the Head of Marketing.
* Build effective external relationships with GMASCO and all external organizations that all support the Hertz vision.
* To build strong internal relationships and a consistent theme on what the Hertz UAE brand means.
* Build strong promotions and campaigns in a cohesive annual strategy.
* Take day to day responsibility and ownership for all aspects of marketing promotions.
* To ensure all costs are managed within existing budgets with successful negotiation on costs.

Requirements

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be able to provide demonstrable experience of the following:
* Educated to university level or equivalent with some evidence of marketing qualifications.
* Evidence of having built strong, effective and cohesive marketing propositions.

SKILLS:
* Ability to build strong, clear and cohesive messages to a diverse audience.
* A self starter and natural ability to motivate self and others through demanding challenges.
* Must be a confident communicator.
* Excellent teamwork and cross function relationship management.
* Creativity skills and ability to build clear and effective messages.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Digital Marketing knowledge is preferable.
* Pro efficient in Microsoft Office - Excel/Powerpoint/Adobe.
* Pro efficient in SAP Applications.

EXPERIENCE:
* Two years related Marketing or HR experience.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a multi-cultured & busy office environment.
Preferred experience within a contracting or similar organisation,
* Strong communication skills; fluent in the English language, reading, writing and speaking
* Educated to degree or equivalent level.
* Evidence of a Marketing related background, ideally coming from a blue-chip organisation.
* Proven ability in Administrative duties.
* Digital Marketing knowledge is preferable.
