Job description / Role
- Overall Business Performance tracking.
- Prepare, update and analyze data to facilitate decision making (create and maintain database models).
- Ensure accuracy in reporting tools and track.
- Seek and Provide relevant insights/trends providing clear and actionable recommendations to support growth across key functions
- Develop and update country dashboards on key relevant information such as but not limited to categories size, consumer profile, channel distribution etc.
- Track and monitor direct and in-direct competitor performance versus market industry projections.
- Evaluate current portfolio and monitor new product performance against set and agreed KPIS.
- Support product launches by measuring and implementing relevant best practices for definitions such as pricing, sizing, etc.
- Develop and Track agreed Marketing and Sales initiatives marketing and sales-in drives, consumer promotions, marketing spend against ROI under media, ATL and BTL etc.
Requirements
- Candidates should display strong analytical skills.
- Candidate needs to have Advanced level of Excel usage (VBA is an advantage).
- Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Sciences or Engineering
- Candidate should not have more than 1-3 years experience (marketing field is an advantage (FMCG).
