Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role of Marketing Intern will be to assist with multiple projects from beginning to end and ensure deadlines and budgets are being met. They will manage all promotional materials needed for assigned accounts by coordinating requirements internally and externally to ensure successful completion

Job Responsibilities

Administer various marketing programs including: direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions , loyalty and other marketing plans
Develop and execute innovative tactics to reach local consumers and drive traffic to domestic stores. .
Build strong relationships with the center/mall management teams to ensure brand appropriate exposure
Seek opportunities at the local store level, surrounding businesses and demographics.
Develop branded programs that can be used locally. This includes but is not limited to: concierge programs, office outreach, schools, seasonal, etc.
Work closely with brand marketing and other cross functional teams to ensure brand appropriate assets are created to leverage outreach across many channels including emails, handouts, thank you cards and other promotional materials.
Manage promotional materials needed for assigned accounts by coordinating requirements with graphic department; placing orders; verifying receipt
Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications
Collaborate with internal and external partners; maintain constant and consistent communication
Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.

Requirements

Entry Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing from a reputed institute
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and retail partners
Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office including Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Strong relationship skills
Internet research skills
Social media savvy
Strong interest in fashion, current trends
High energy, flexible ,ability to work independently and in a group
