Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Brand Development:

-Participate in the yearly brand planning.
-Develop a deep understanding of consumer habits, attitudes and needs as well as differences versus competition.
-Identify opportunities and recommend relevant brand activation.
-Attend & participate actively in meetings (Business reviews and agencies meetings).
-Provide support in consumer research process (briefing, follow up & result analysis).

2. Brand Plan Execution:

-Participate in consumer promotions development.
-Lead implementing the agreed plans in line with budgets & work closely with all stakeholders across the business to ensure execution excellence.
-Work regularly with Above the Line and Below the Line agencies and ensure project timelines are respected.
-Participate in new launches and innovation projects.

3. Monitoring and Tracking:

-Monitor market evolution and competition activities.
-Track the progress and analyze performance of the Brands by providing regular reports (Retail Audit and Brand Tracker).
-Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing investments, brands & competition past performance, and recommend corrective actions.
-Ensure Marketing budget tracking & provide regular updates.

Requirements

Recent Bachelors degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline from a reputable university to participate in the one year internship.
0-2 year of work experience (marketing related preferred).
Fluent English Language Skills (verbal and written).
Arabic Speakers preferably.
Strong analytical skills and Attention to details.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.
Initiative and follow through.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Eagerness to learn.
Response time and Reliability.
Time Management.
