Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Plan and oversee, prepare and negotiate the promotion and media programs for our client and its agencies. Coordinate promotion and media distribution by establishing promotion territories, quotas, and goals.
• Plan and develop integrated promotion and media and brand in line with our clients business objectives and strategy as advised by the corporate management.
• Plan and prepare promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, and promotion agencies.
• Direct and coordinate product research and development.
• Coordinate with the media to disseminate advertising.
• Train and direct workers engaged in developing and producing advertisements.
• Assemble and communicate with a strong, diverse coalition of organizations and/or public figures, securing their cooperation, support and action, to further campaign goals.
• Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives.
• Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals.
• Monitor and analyse promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
• Confer with department heads and/or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.
• Supervise the Content development and translation process by managing the development contractor representatives.
• Ensure timely and effective communication of all related activity across all web and software properties working closely with the Information Technology, Marketing Team, Customer Services and Management functions.
• Plan and manage new media campaigns aligned with promotions
• Develop and implement appropriate Media & Promotion plan by setting numeric goals and key initiatives to achieve these goals based on current and expected performance within specifications.
• Establish systems for managing and monitoring promotion and media agencies and service providers
• Review operational records and reports to project media and promotion and determine profitability.
• Analyse promotion statistics gathered by staff to determine promotion potential requirements and monitor the preferences of clients.
• Identify and develop effective promotion and media tools for business development.
• Inspect layouts and promotion and media copy and edit scripts, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
• Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets such as dealers, distributors, or consumers.
• Use promotion forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the promotion and profitability of our clients products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Manage printing materials for all agencies and check corporate identity..
• Select products to be displayed at trade or special promotion shows.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding promotion and service in coordination with customer service.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving promotion of products, services, real estate or other subjects of trade.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in promotion and media and service accounting and recordkeeping.
• Confer or consult with department managers to plan advertising services and to secure information on products / services and customer specifications.
• Advise distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing from a recognized University.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
• Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
