The RoleThe RoleOur client are looking for a Marketing Manager to Market a children's attraction in Dubai. You should be well versed at marketing to children in order to apply for this role. You will be managing the appropriate agencies and ensure that the company's commercial objectives are met, whilst remaining within budget. You will act as the brand guardian. A full understanding of budgeting, branding, planning, advertising, promotion, community relations, public relations and sponsorship is required. To design an annual marketing plan To plan and co-ordinate a consistent advertising campaign To implement an active public relations program to ensure regular press coverage of key announcements and achievements Use research (bespoke and desk-based) to measure marketing effectiveness and deliver insight to other parts of the business |
RequirementsRequirements Degree qualified with 3-5 years marketing experience preferably in a destinational environment or agency-side working with retail/hospitality accounts Marketing qualification preferable with a detailed understanding of the key principles and disciplines of marketing especially Marketing Communications Commercial acumen Project Management Budget Management Leadership capabilities Strategic thinker who is also capable of ensuring timely and effective implementation Ability to influence key members and lead a team Analytical and attention to detail Salary: Up to AED 18K + Benefits |
