RequirementsRequirementsThe role of the Marketing Manager / Director is one that will manage the promotion and synergy of the company. The Senior Marketing professional will integrate marketing efforts to increase sales, brand awareness and media revenue. • Track global consumer promotion trends, innovations and analyze current department systems to drive forward best practices. • Develop and implement marketing strategies into the division of the company along with selected projects. • Create a marketing team around you, beginning with skeletal staff and train, develop and motivate the team. • Communicate effectively with internal departments to optimize information exchange within the company and increase effectiveness of communications. • Attend, chair and guide departmental meetings • Seek and maintain sponsorship • Share creative ideas for growth and increasing efficiency within the company The successful candidate will have a University Degree in Marketing, MBA preferred with at least five years experience in a similar role with at least three years managerial experience. We would also welcome applications from candidates that have been involved in the development and operations of large theme parks. |
