The RoleThe RoleA large diversified Industrial enterprise is looking for an enthusiastic and driven marketing manager to lead there marketing department specialising in edible oils. The marketing manager will be responsible for leading the development and continued brand awareness for all products within this area. They will ensure the marketing resources are used accordingly to meet the marketing purposes required by the business in order to maximize profitability. Job Responsibilities • Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the department to lead from the front. • Managing agencies in order to obtain the best possible distribution channels and continue to grow the brands. • Measuring success through keeping records of all development channels made and meeting targets set at beginning of the year. • Researching and reporting on external opportunities in order to maximize profits and grow the business further. • Understanding current and potential customers, especially in the MENA market. • Managing budgets and monthly/annual reports. • Developing guidelines for department in line with overall company standards to ensure the best quality work is met at all level. • Making customer focused decisions in order to promote brands effectively. • Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management) • Developing the marketing strategy and plan. |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills and Education Requirements • Minimum of BA degree level, preferably in marketing or business management. • Extensive experience in Edible oils market. • Interpersonal individual with passion and drive. • Intermediate IT skills required. • Logical thinker with ability to make quick decisions, especially In a busy market while under pressure. |
