Job description / Role
Kingston Stanley is recruiting for a Marketing Manager, for the Media & Events sector.
- To manage all these marketing channels effectively, within a budget and also under time constraints.
- Effective pre event analysis.
- On-time campaign implementation.
- Successful negotiation of contra agreements with external parties.
- Timely completion of final event analysis.
- Marketing KPI report.
- Analyse selections from previous marketing plans and create effective selections based on this analysis in conjunction with the creative brief supplied.
- Conduct research using all marketing tools to establish the most effective ways to contact and persuade the target market for the event.
- Write marketing campaigns effectively using all channels, including social media, ensuring costs are accurate and the campaign is within budget.
- Submit main mail and full plan of your marketing campaign within specific time frame to the Senior Marketing Manager for approval and provide evidence of balance within the plan including source, external and internal lists, job titles etc.
- Ensure event websites are fully up to date with latest information.
Requirements
- Coordination of design and production of all marketing collateral, including event brochures, print advertisements, web banners / emails etc.
- Copy-writing and proofing of all marketing materials in conjunction with the producer.
- Adhering to agreed marketing timeline and budget. Providing KPI reports for update meetings with Senior Marketing Managers.
- Building relevant and appropriate creativity into campaign wherever possible.
- You must have experience working in an Events Agency.
