Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client operates worldwide with leading brands and technologies in Laundry & Home Care, Cosmetics and toiletries. Due to expansion we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to Develop and implement business strategies.
The responsibilities for this role include;

• Develop and implement business strategies in coordination with GM and inputs from brand managers.
• Develop and monitor execution of marketing for all cosmetics products based on market needs, trade structure.
• Competition and company targets to ensure highest return on investment.
• Control marketing budget to achieve planned volume and financial targets for all products
• Set sales targets in co-ordination with Sales and support trade marketing activities to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal selling effort to exceed sales and market share objectives.
• Prepare business reviews, competitive analysis, bi –monthly retail audit presentations, marketing budgets and project updates with inputs from the marketing department and functions to attain business goals.
• Monitor the performance of direct reports with respect to their brand’s market performance for the development of a high performing second line of product managers.

Requirements

Reporting directly to the GM of cosmetics with leadership of a Brand Management team. To be considered for this challenging role you will have product experience in Hair and Body care portfolio with a min of 7 years experincein Marketing. Bachelor degree in Marketing /Business Administration. MBA is an asset and excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills.
Relevant experience in FMCG marketing, advertising and media planning with exceptional leadership skills.
