Marketing Manager - Heavy Equipment

Our client, a leading earth equipment provider in UAE, is seeking to recruit qualified Marketing Manager that lead the entire marketing function in the company

Reporting to the company GM, the incumbent will be the marketing department and will be fully responsible for setting up a clear & effective road-map for all divisions of the company with an objective of designing & managing their marketing activities in line with the company vision, mission & business plan. Accordingly, the job holder needs to:
- Draw down marketing plan for the entire company taking into accounts the needs for each division & sub-divisions.
- Formulate yearly marketing budget for the entire company.
- Develop corporate identity guidelines
- Develop, design and execute concepts for all marketing activities including advertising sales promotions, public relations and events as well as ATL & BTL activities.
- Manage all internal communications with all divisions as well as external communications with marketing agencies.
- Manage all artworks and media schedule
- Oversee the development of marketing materials & tools assigned for show-rooms and events; that includes catalogues, brochures, posters, banner, gifts etc.
- Oversee the showroom displays and develop them in coordination with show-room managers.
- Enhance the company premises look through branding, sign-boards etc.
- Coordinate with sales department on marketing campaigns in order to ensure the optimum efficiency
- Communicate with various principals in order to ensure the marketing campaign / activities are in line with the principals standards,
- Conduct periodically market research that covers competitors activities, clients satisfactions and brand perceptions

Requirements

- Have university degree obtained from reputable university
- Has at least 10 years of work experience out of which 5 years should be at managerial level.
- Have worked in UAE and possess excellent market knowledge,
- Have excellent relationship with any related third party such as Authorities & marketing agencies.
- Knowledgeable in marketing general practice in UAE market.
- Fluency in English is a must with excellent communication skills both verbal & in-writing.
- Computer literate.
