Employment: Full Time

The successful candidate will take responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing marketing programs that support the objectives developed in the regional strategic marketing plans. This role is ideal for a highly-motivated individual who has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple, successful marketing campaigns. This is a full time post to cover maternity leave. The role is to commence in mid April with a handover period with the present post holder.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Devise and execute on marketing programs and campaigns aligned with regional growth and retention objectives
- Delivering all tactical marketing activity within the agreed budget and timescale.
- Manage and monitor the budget
- Work with central marketing team, global marketing counterparts, product management, and sales to develop, create and run demand generation strategies and programs that drive qualified marketing leads and sales.
- Collaborate with product management to plan the launch of new products and releases and ensures fast, clear communication of all relevant marketing activities and tools to cross-functional teams
- Liaise with global marketing team and product team to produce and localise marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, e-DM, whitepapers and website updates
- Build and maintain relationships with key professional associations and customer communities in the territory
- Own and actively manage the regional marketing calendar ensuring key stakeholders including regional sales and account managers are engaged
- Deliver a quality events program working with the central team which position Thomson Reuters as thought leader and partner of choice for the industry
- Closely monitor competitor marketing activity in the territory
- Lead by example, generating support and enthusiasm of marketing programs

Requirements

- Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience
- Highly collaborative individual with proven ability to work well in a matrix organization
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical thinker; able to think independently, work with ambiguity.
- Ability to build extensive internal and external networks in order to drive results
- Proven knowledge and ability of owning and managing marketing initiatives and projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to present and communicate complex information to all levels of the TR and customers organizations
