Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Marketing Manager for thier operations in the Middle East and in Asia. Our employer seeks a proven performer to assist on their main projects in the region, which include the implementation of advanced integrated security solutions for critical assets, safe city and border protection.

This role is the lead responsible for all marketing activities in the ME/A region or Asia. This position will rely on the larger Global Marketing and Product Marketing team in order to conduct their daily job activities and is not expected to develop all marketing materials alone.

This position is considered the local marketing expert for this region and is expected to be comfortable interfacing virtually with teams located in many different geographies and at this same time with direct customer interface. A working knowledge of this market is key in order to guide the wider marketing organizations on the regional specific requirements.


To be the key point of contact for local press activities
Lead on content and logistics for regional industry and customer events
Work with the global business units Product marketing organizations to ensure content is a fit for the MEA region or Asia - should be the 80/20 rule, with 20% regional customization
Develop a working knowledge of market trends and competitive insight through working with the Corporate Intelligence team
Develop regional customer case studies
Interface with local industry analysts as applicable
Must work closely with direct sales organization to ensure alignment of all activities and priorities



The attributes we seek include:

Bachelors degree in business or related fields
Masters of Business Administration is desirable

A minimum of 8 - 10 years related work experience
Self-starter, comfortable working remotely
Comfortable with direct customer interaction

Working knowledge of MEA region or Asia
Public relations/analyst relations experience
Understanding of internal/external communications process
Event management experience
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Security industry experience is considered a plus
Fluent in written and verbal English
