The RoleThe RoleOur well known client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join it's newly formed Property Development Company. You will be required to set the strategy and build brand awareness for the new company as well as market one of the most prestigious developments in the region. You will be involved in market research and competitor analysis in order to set pricing levels for the projects. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou must have a minimum of 10 years experience in International Marketing with 3-4 years of those within UAE. Marketing Agency background would be desired as would real estate (developer side, not agency). Knowledge about the real estate market and pricing is essential. You will have experience of seeing through a whole project life cycle from Master Planning stage to completion of development. Arabic speaking and Nationals preferred. |
