My Client is a leading Asset acquisition organization seeking a Marketing Manager to assist on their Real Estate side of the business here Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Marketing Manager to add strategy and creativity to the companies international marketing operation.

- Creating and executing strategic marketing plans in line with the companies aims and objectives
- Achieving revenue growth and profitability through the develop and management of marketing strategies
- Development and management of marketing material
- Coordinating with external marketing agencies
- Creating the desired brand image for each investment product
- Events management
- Attending corporate events if required
- Development and management of digital platforms
- Identify, negotiate and deliver new marketing activities
- ROI analysis of marketing activities
- Identifying and analyzing competitors marketing activities

Requirements

- Degree/ Masters in Marketing/ Related education
- Min 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager
- Background in Real Estate/ Finance
- Regional UAE experience/ UK experience
