Employment: Full Time

Financial Services business in Dubai with an experienced and reputable management team and proposition, is looking to hire an individual to drive marketing plans and brand awareness, with a strong focus on execution.

Description:
The Marketing Manager will be expected to deliver business aligned marketing plans that drive brand awareness. The candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), diligence and a strong ability to work off their own initiative, as well as having relevant industry and UAE specific experience. The role requires strong skills in developing and implementing engaging, integrated and successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fully integrated marketing campaigns in line with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
- Work alongside colleagues to create and implement synergistic off/online plans.
- PR agency and relations management
- Organise events and networking opportunities.
- Analysis of all marketing campaigns and presentation to management team.
- Marketing budget management and ROI.
- Market trend and competitor monitoring and research.
- Development of all marketing materials, including copywriting.
- Website management
- Brand influencer/key stakeholder management

Requirements

- Degree in Marketing, Business or similar faculty.
- Experienced in traditional marketing (B2B and B2C)
- Minimum 5 years experience of marketing experience for a brand, product or service, at least 3 years in UAE.
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop actionable insights from data mining.
- Experience in Google Analytics would be beneficial.
