The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting, developing, and managing the company brands across the Gulf. The incumbent would be responsible for end to end management of company-wide branding and marketing strategies from conceptualization to implementation.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and monitor the creation and development of marketing and branding strategies at organization and brand level.
* Through a mix of internal & external resources, build a holistic understanding of the trade environment, consumer psyche and shopper behaviors. Develop consumer insights, evaluate ideas with consumers, and turns these ideas into growth opportunities for the brand and the company.
* Lead and champion innovation project. Develop and deliver quality innovations against agreed brand strategy and ensuring brand health.
* Create standard store layouts across brands and ensure adherence to it by network. Constantly evaluate the layouts and work towards enhancement on the same to drive more leads.
* Identify and coordinate with external agencies to translate marketing strategy into actionable items, involving activation via ATL and BTL campaigns.
* Manage and track promotional activities in different media channels.
* Formulate social media strategy and manage regular updates.
* Constantly track marketing spends versus impact created and work towards enhancing the marketing ROI.

Requirements

Education:

* Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Business Management.
* Masters (Marketing/Communication) is preferable.

Experience:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing/branding function.
* Past experience in retail/FMCG domain is preferred.
* Past experience in the Middle East Market (preferably Saudi Arabia) is required.
* Outstanding skills in data collection, analysis, and presentation. Experience in the use of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) is of added advantage.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and branding concepts.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels along with a proven ability to work in cross functional set-up.
* Possess integrity, sound judgment and leadership skills.
