Victoria's Secret is the leading specialty retailer of lingerie and beauty products, dominating its world with modern, fashion-inspired collections, prestige fragrances and cosmetics, celebrated supermodels and world-famous runway shows. For our Beauty growth and expansion plans in the Middle East, Victoria' Secret is now looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to be based in our Dubai office.

• To communicate with Marketing, Brands and Operations Teams to deliver marketing programs as required.
• To liaise with internal and external support teams to deliver marketing programs in a timely and efficient manner and within budget.
• To manage external relationships including all media and third party suppliers to ensure events are carried out efficiently.
• To guide the supporting team to deliver marketing programs and feedback on budgets according to the business plans, and to make recommendations.
• To support Marketing and Operations Teams to ensure that the brand events, sales campaign and various media advertisings are delivered with the best marketing expertise, creativity, quality standards and optimal cost.
• To develop and maintain weekly/monthly and yearly marketing calendars.
• To manage media booking, rate negotiations and recommendation of all new media opportunities, creative briefs, radio commercials production, Arabization development and quality control.
• To conceive and implement appropriate promotional activity.

• Experience in the beauty industry (Cosmetics/fragrance)
• Degree with 8 years marketing experience
• Efficient in exploring new opportunities
• Creative skills and able to pioneer with minimal guidance
• Must have in-depth knowledge of marketing, communication, business development • Excellent communication skills in English and presentation skills required
• Passion and drive to succeed in this competitive market and willing to travel occasionally.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze date and deliver results
