Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well established logistics company with the biggest distribution network on the Middle East servicing 4900 cities, towns and villages daily.

Seeking a mid-senior level Marketing Manager from a logistics background to manage the following,

• Develop strategic marketing plans for the organization.

• Develop annual marketing plan and assist in preparation annual budget.

• Segmenting the market and identify the appropriate services to each market segment.

• Selecting the partners for the services and conduct the appropriate agreements.

• Provide strategic direction and sales tools to achieve Sales Targets by drawing up mid to long term plans to ensure Naqel is positioned to maintain market leadership in provided services.

• Ensuring a combination of profitable revenue growth for all customers serviced.

• Develop market intelligence through all means of market research to identify the target market, and then to plan marketing methods.

• Competitors monitoring.

• Prepare the communication programs including website development.

• Ensure programs are supported and provide resources as appropriate.

• Draw the customer service strategies to ensure improved sales force effectiveness and efficiency.

• Review the overall performance per service per area.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you must Possess excellent knowledge of Marketing, Sales and Customer Care have Excellent communication skills in English in addition to being Conversant with standard computer applications

This role requires you to work autonomously however has the ability to lead and manage teams and develop good working relationships.
