Job description / Role
Salary: AED 25,000 - 30,000
A fantastic and challenging opportunity has recently opened for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a large and established retail business based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires someone with an excellent marketing experience within retail, advertising, or similar industries.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop marketing approaches and implement an annual strategic Marketing plan to help increase growth of the business.
- Ensure that marketing objectives are achieved and guarantee effective marketing control results within designated budgets.
- Plan and implement cost-effective advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative & media agencies to develop exceptional campaigns / promotional activities and ensure effective results.
- Evaluate effectiveness of the company's website and introduce new features and content improvements to meet online objectives.
- Integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
- Manage a communication plan to promote key events and special promotions / activities.
- Plan and execute a variety of public relations and communications efforts such as writing internal and external newsletters, press releases, and media relations materials.
- Monitor and oversee the annual budgeted revenue and expenses.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and customer care team to implement customer retention strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the retail / advertising industry.
- Proven track record in delivering effective marketing strategies.
- Managerial experience is a must.
- Detail oriented and with good time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
