Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Salary: BHD 2,500 - 2,800 (Per Month)

A leading luxury retailer based in the UAE are currently looking to appoint a Corporate Marketing Manager to be based at their head office in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will:
- Develop an annual Marketing Plan and Budget.
- Oversee all marketing related activities; public relations, advertising, promotions, events, loyalty (CRM) programs, etc.
- Develop a comprehensive brand strategy and ensure the brand for the centre is adhered to and reinforced across all marketing and operational applications.
- Organise and implement annual festivals and events; ensuring the Mall achieves the optimum benefit and results for their contributions.
- Evaluate all agency contracts on an annual basis and ensure appropriate contracts are maintained and kept current.
- Oversee, review and analyse professional research on an ongoing basis; conduct annual benchmark surveys incorporating relevant factors into the Annual Marketing Plan.
- Oversee the communication strategies.
- Should have ability to formulate marketing strategies, assist in identifying markets for potential business ventures and develop business plans.

Requirements

- A bachelors degree in marketing and / or property management.
- Membership of an appropriate professional organisation, i.e. Institute of Marketing.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in retail marketing.
- Experience in events planning.
- Local GCC marketing experience.
- High degree of human relations skills.
- Bi-lingual in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong organisation and integration skills.
