Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a large organisation in the real estate and development industry. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for achieving corporate objectives by developing and implementing a market plan and long term strategy for shopping malls in the country. You will also ensure that measurable objectives such as traffic, sales and profitability are set and met by formulating and implementing marketing tactics. As part of the core management team, you will participate in developing the Malls corporate policies and goals.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold s bachelors Degree in Marketing or Property Management. You should have a minimum of 8 years experience in the marketing of shopping malls / property management in the GCC market as well as a successful record of achievement.

It is essential you have strong organisation and integration skills and are bilingual in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Additionally, you should be a Member of an appropriate professional organisation, i.e. Institute of Marketing and have experience of events planning.
