Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a well established family-owned Group of Companies that has proved to be one of the most successful organizations in the Gulf region and is ranked among the top 100 companies in Saudi Arabia. They have diverse interests ranging from Construction to Manufacturing to Real Estate but this pivotal role is tasked with looking after all aspects of marketing for an exciting and growing division dealing with children's entertainment. Housed within shopping malls and encompassing electronic arcades, rides, laser adventures and even childrens hair styling this is an area of the company which is the focus of much future growth. Reporting directly into the GM and looking after a small team this is an opportunity to really make your mark in the organization.

- Directing the development and execution of marketing plans and programs to achieve agreed goals related to revenue, profitability and market share
- Supervising marketing activities that aim at reflecting the companys image, such as preparing and amending profiles and updating the website
- Establishing and maintaining strong and proactive relationships with customers and strategic partners
- Administering and developing the companys advertising strategy, and managing all promotional events that are related to marketing activities including events and trade shows
- Managing market research activities in order to identify market characteristics, such as size and segmentation through directing market surveys and investigations & reviewing the analysis reports produced
- Managing and developing an effective database of all customers
- Managing the activities of brand positioning of the company
- Preparation of periodic reports for the GM with respect to the division's/ department's activities
- Participating in determining the training needs of subordinates and managing them generally including carrying out performance appraisals
- Working constantly to suggest plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the department on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

- Complete fluency in English & Arabic both written and spoken
- Be the holder of a BA Marketing or Business Administration degree
- Solid experience of at least 4 years gained in a Marketing role in a Business to Consumer environment ideally involving children's services
- Man-management skills and the charisma to motivate others
- PC Literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate flexibility & adaptability and the ability to manage time effectively
- Self motivation and the ability to work autonomously as well as as an effective team member
