The RoleThe RoleLeading automotive group in the UAE is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to support business objectives in collaboration with sales department Conducting market research to gain consumer insight and translate it in customer segmented marketing activities Overseen advertising activities including print, ATL, BTL, social media Development and implementation of communication strategies within and outside the company Handling relationship with media & PR agencies Setting up annual business objectives, budgets, action plans and performance KPI’s Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results Monitor competitive products and marketing activities |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation and Experience: Business or Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies Technical marketing skills Proven experience in customer and market research Relevant product and industry knowledge Experience with relevant software applications Key Skills / Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organization and planning Problem analysis and problem-solving Team-leadership Formal presentation skills Persuasiveness Adaptability Innovation Decision-making |
