Employment: Full Time

Established local group are currently seeking a marketing manger to join their leading auto Dealership. The successful respondent will have both international and local experience for an international brand with a proven track record of increasing brand awareness, after sales and service figures. Experience dealing with the Principal and dealerships is a must. The purpose of this role is to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives, along with effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

• manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to support business objectives in collaboration with sales department.
• Conducting market research to gain consumer insight and translate it in customer segmented marketing activities.
• Overseen advertising activities including print, ATL, BTL, social media.
• Development and implementation of communication strategies within and outside the company.
• Handling relationship with media & PR agencies.
• Setting up annual business objectives, budgets, action plans and performance KPI’s.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Monitor competitive products and marketing activities.
