Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

My client is an investment asset management company based in DIFC which is part of a larger MNC. They are in a start up model and are looking for a strong broad marketing manager with a real hands on approach.

Reporting to the Director, you will be accountable to manage Marketing across the Middle East including setting up processes and creating a marketing Dept from scratch. You will also be responsible for the communications strategy covering branding and corporate identity including budgeting and maximizing advertising campaigns including managing the agency relationships.

Other responsibilities include creating collateral and working closely with the trade/business development teams locally and internationally to enhance the proposition to it's clients.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Business Admin / Marketing.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and conceptual skills to develop superior marketing concepts.
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
- Hands on, self starter.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Fluent in the English language.
