Marketing Manager

Salary: AED 32000 – 35000

Edge Resourcing is searching for a Marketing Manager to join a high end luxury retailer, based in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating and adapting the brand strategy for a very high profile luxury brand, and developing the marketing tools and brand strategy by market with the ultimate aim of driving traffic in store and improving store profitability. In order to achieve this, you will be accountable for:

• Managing the Marketing Budget and ensuring all ATL and BTL activities are executed within budget.
• Understand market dynamics and consumer insights and formulate marketing and communication plans per market and per store.
• Determine the level of share and financial ambition for the brand. Deliver best ROI.
• Ensure all communication objectives are linked back to brand objectives across Direct, Marketing, Media and PR initiatives.
• Create operational in-store action plans to increase customer retention, acquisition, satisfaction and selling services.
• Supervise the execution of the Marketing plan within local markets and analyse results.
• Ensure that the CRM initiatives are managed in an integrated manner with a clear view to establish a targeted and focused relationship with clients.
• Actively analyse and learn from competitor success and failures to benefit your own business.
• Manage the relationship with Brand HQ.
• Manage and set targets for your team and lead KPI team review meetings.
• Encourage a culture of performance, and an environment receptive to new and forward thinking ideas.
• Creates and cultivates strong relationships with local stakeholders and suppliers.
• Has a robust knowledge of the brand and digital world.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Senior Marketing position within the luxury retail environment and 10 years + of relevant experience. Experienced in marketing global brands in FMCG, Luxury, B to B, Brand Development, Digital marketing, Retail Marketing ideally for multiple markets. The ability to manage, engage and guide a team to success. Driven to provide direction and motivate others, and champion change. Ability to meet and exceed goals.
