The RoleThe RoleOur client, a multinational company, is looking for a dynamic and professional Marketing Manager, for the office in Dubai. This person will be in charge of developing, implementing and coordinating the marketing and brand position of the organisation’s products and services in order to increase growth, market share and brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing of marketing and brand strategies; • Implementing and ensuring effective management of the event calendar, ensuring adequate support for events, the collection of metrics and that those events meet the Company’s brand objectives; • Developing and implementing key customer retention strategies in alignment with Global Marketing methodology; • Recommending strategies to market the Company’s products and services, to both generate new business and maintain existing clients within target industries; • Fostering close working relationships with colleagues & suppliers to implement activities in the marketing calendar; • Applying project management skills to ensure the smooth implementation of various marketing projects from concept through post-implementation review; • Ensure open communication among team members so as to enable sharing of best practices, knowledge and resolution of process issues; • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivity. |
RequirementsRequirements• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or Marketing; • Experience in the Professional Services or Services industries; • Strategic Planning, including Brand Tracking and/or Customer Satisfaction; • Experience in managing supplier relationships; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing; • Proven project management experience, and highly numerate; • Performance orientation; • High level of accuracy, good attention to details; • Ability to liaise at a senior level; • Strong interpersonal skills. |
