Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their busy and expanding organization.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to create a monthly marketing plan specific to channel timelines and company objectives.
- Responsible for managing all online social media (blogging, twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) to increase online exposure and visibility with a view to generating more inquiries and interest from potential clients.
- Responsible for creating white papers / articles and will include content related to the company's operational specifics / industry information and /or any information that could benefit entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs for using online as well as print
- Responsible for all Communications/PR initiatives and seeing them through to fruition
- Supporting the website content and development when and if required and ensuring all testimonials are updated.
- To attend business related social and networking events and represent Creative Zone as agreed with management.
- To develop ways in which existing clients can engage, interact and benefit from doing business together.
- To complete monthly feedback of all new customers and provide a report and gap analysis where improvement is needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year marketing reporting in line with company instructions.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Good knowledge and use of social media
- Blogging experience
- Experience in overall marketing strategies and execution of plans for the existing products
- Working to and creating department budgets
- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development and market research
