Employment: Full Time

A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Deputy General Manager Mktg & PR.

Direct line of reporting to Deputy GM, Marketing & PR.

JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible in contributing to the communication strategy and marketing plans roll-out in the region.

MARKETING PLANNING:
- Support the development of annual marketing communication plans & strategies in coordination with the marketing head, agencies and the company
- Support with introduction of Company's brand in new markets, i.e. KSA launch & sustain marketing plans

MEDIA PLANNING:
- Responsible for developing annual media strategies & plans in line with overall business objectives and marketing plans.
- Manage the media planning in coordination with the Creative agency, including identifying or maximizing strong marketing opportunities Pursue significant business opportunities and added-value programs
- Ensure strong negotiation resulting in breakthrough, efficient and effective media deals. Identify unique media buying opportunities

MARKETING INTELLIGENCE & KPI Monitoring:
- Develop strategy and action plans for marketing intelligence after having assessed business needs and opportunities
- Regional Brand Tracking
- Development of dash board for monthly / regular tracking of regional performance and industry benchmarks
- KPI mgmt: work with market research, agencies and brand teams to optimize return on investment for media planning and advertising management.

Travel Requirements:
- Regional & international

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline related to Marketing.
- 5 plus years in marketing operations. Knowledge of the markets its necessary to understand the customers & the media scenario. Auto experience is a plus. Due to the markets handled, candidate needs to be an Arabic speaker.
