Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Develop pricing strategy
Liaison with media and advertising

Reports to Senior VP of Marketing
Position is a stand alone with no direct reports. This person will be like a one man army/individual contributor.
Must have both agency and in-house experience.
Must be able to get things done, have excellent communication skills.
Confident, hands on and aggressive.
Negotiates deals with suppliers on rates and the type of work done. i.e. PR agency, Media, Radio etc.
ATL and BTL experience. Retail exp. good
Liaises with internal heads to determine needs eg sales teams, customer services
Inputs into marketing concepts but more the executioner.
