Employment: Full Time

The focus of the Marketing Manager role will be the development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the Fashion Retail umbrella of the business.

Rubaiyat Modern Luxury is part of Rubaiyat Fashion Group (RCIT), which includes another 3 subsidiaries companies: QPD which focuses on high street fashion, BFL which is the outlet business and AABZ which manages the retail operations in Bahrain for the Armani Franchise.

Rubaiyat Modern Luxury was founded in 1980 by the Binzagr family; 30 years ago Rubaiyat had its unique vision as it was the only company in its field to import new fashion trends of international brands in Saudi Arabia. Given that Rubaiyat was the sole company in the Middle East to have opened boutiques specialized for specific brands, they obtained exclusive rights to franchise International brands.

The company expanded to Saudi Arabias luxury fashion trend setters. This expansion stage marked the intensive social and media presence inside and outside of the Kingdom, as represented by the contributions and participations adopted by Rubaiyat. Tackling a new period of growth and doubling its size within the last four years; it is currently in a dominant position with exclusive representation of over 60 high-end brands under its golden umbrella.

Rubaiyat operates both multi-brand and mono-branded boutiques that offer a range of exclusive selection of the luxury fashion names. Rubaiyat Modern Luxury has over 400 employees from all around the world who are all highly trained to the highest International standers of customer service, and act as trusted advisors to their regular customers.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree
- 5-7 years experience within the Advertising/PR/Marketing/Communications area at a senior level
- Experience Marketing for Fashion Retail
- Management experience including large scale brand strategies
- Strong commercial analysis experience
- Advanced experience in Social Media Tools
- Driven to achieve results
- Persuasive and able to exercise a high degree of influence
- Effective at time management and able to balance multiple competing priorities
- Perseveres and sustains energy through difficult and frustrating situations and times of change
- An effective manager and motivator of people
- Creative and entrepreneurial
- Builds and maintains relationships and networks effectively with internal and external contacts
- Politically aware and able to navigate sensitive situations diplomatically
- Timely decision making who seeks out and weighs up all information
- Interpersonally confident when dealing with people at all levels
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity relating to multi-nationalities
- High level of interpersonal expertise and Arabic and English preferred (written and oral)
