Employment: Full Time

We are currently representing a leading FMCG company, looking for a Marketing Manager for their operations based in Almaty. This is a management position, reporting to both the General Manager and functionally to the international HQ.

Marketing Manager responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Transfer strategies to 3rd parties accurately, under common organisational objectives
• Contribute to business strategy and commercial strategy
• Develop and implement marketing projects
• Conduct market research and consumer research
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Develop a close liaison with the media and advertising fraternity
• Monitor market trends and analyse business development
• Determine and manage the marketing budget

Requirements

Marketing Manager requirements:
• Degree qualification in a business, marketing, or finance field
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing
• 3 years minimum in a management position
• Experience working with FMCG products
• Fluent English speaking
