Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

- Effectively launches new vehicles/ products models.
- Bring new innovative concepts in both retail and fleet marketing.
- Evaluate markets and identify opportunities in local & regional markets.
- Tracking and analysis of market competitive pricing & pricing proposals of new models
- Design & manage marketing programs/ activities (ATL, BTL & PR).
- Strategize & reinforce Company image through effective use of suitable media.
- Develop & implement promotional programs.
- Analyse, plan and coordinate sales programs.
- Conduct demographic and other marketing studies/ analysis.
- Manage the marketing department budget.
- Plan and manage; trade shows & PR events.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure brand growth.
- Develop marketing calendar inclusive brand building and tactical activities.
- Utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning.
- Analyse business developments and monitors market trends.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree graduate (BA or similar, marketing would be an added value).
- 5-10 years Auto Industry marketing experience (preferably in Kuwait or GCC).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional problem solving techniques & pleasant personality.
- Proficient in using MS office applications and other analytic softwares.
- Bilingual (Arabic Mother tongue).
