Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking to hire a qualified Marketing Manager who meets the below requirements:
- Manage the daily marketing Activities and monitor the implementation of the life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Sets the long term & short term Marketing goals, objectives and implements methods & procedures to attain such goals.
- Manage & maintain strong relationship with key media partners and external parties to maximize marketing and advertising opportunities.
- Ensure adherence of all marketing campaigns/promotions to marketing plans and specification set by brand owners in order to ensure regional/global brand image standardization.
- Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions for generating brand revenue, profitability and increasing market share
- Monitor the digital and competitive landscape, identify key trends and developments of marketing metrics.
- Execute the assigned projects in time and in budget as per the expected quality standards.
- Develop extensive market survey, tracks competitor marketing activities and collects data to identify current industry trends.
- Contribute to effective performance as a member of marketing team, review and develop own competencies to maintain high performance of Marketing team.
- Manage & organize the Indoor / Outdoor events for divisions & follow up on the implementation to achieve Sales & Marketing objectives.
- Maintain proper communication with Sales & CRM department team across the company to identify how the marketing department can help drive sales as supporting sales force in enhancing customer-relations, new markets, promotion deals, etc.
- Taking care of customer complaints & suggestions to resolve their problems (by diverting to appropriate departments) and ensure providing correct & timely feedback.

Requirements

- A degree level qualification in Business Administration or Marketing
- +5 years' experience in pure Marketing (Auto experience would be seen as plus)
- Knowledge of Digital media management, ATL & BTL marketing, along with social media exposure
- Experience of developing marketing plans, advertising and promotions in a relevant industry
- Excellent command of English language speaking and writing.
- Excellent public and liaison relations in Kuwait and Gulf.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and all programs used in marketing..
