Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive and maintain business growth with a focus on creating and developing the Hemeyas brand proposition to achieve its overall objectives.
- Coordinate with top management in preparing and updating Hemayas overall marketing strategy.
- Develop, coordinate and implement Hemayas annual marketing plan.
- Develop, coordinate and implement strategies for promoting Hemayas security products and services.
- Develop strategies for Hemayas core business units to maintain existing client relationships as well as win new clients.
- Develop promotional materials and organize marketing campaigns for Hemaya.
- Oversee Hemayas participation in exhibitions and conferences.
- Prepare market analysis and field research for new opportunities required for the pre-feasibility, feasibility studies and business plans.
- Monitoring Hemayas core business units in terms of implementing the marketing guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Maintain awareness of developments in the industry, service delivery, product marketing and research to ensure that the company continues to compete effectively.
- Oversee research into new and established markets to understand trends, competitor activities, build forecasts and obtain market feedback to help meet market demands in line corporate strategy.
- Promote and represent the interests of Hemaya at senior levels, including key customers, business partners, and commercial and trade organizations.
- Oversee the planning and development of marketing literature, associated materials and ensure they are effectively distributed/circulated to improve the marketing of Hemaya and its services and products.
- Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and discuss their suggestions as well as adopt appropriate procedures and executive plans with respect to these suggestions.
- Prepare periodic reports with respect to the Marketing departments activities and achievements to be submitted to Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer.
- Recommend training needs of subordinates and evaluate the outcomes of training courses in coordination with HR.
- Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
- Carry out performance, development and competency appraisals of immediate staff in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures and time scales.
- This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive. It doesnt preclude other responsibilities from being assigned and undertaken.

Requirements

Experience
- Twelve years of relevant work experience in a Marketing role within a Security Services Industry

Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field

Skills
- Knowledge of Hemaya, its services, products and the security services industry in general
- Negotiation and Relationship Building Skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills

- Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
