Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To drive growth for the organizations mobile device business in the Lower Gulf region through strong market driven planning & execution.

Key Objectives:
- Maintain No.1 brand preference & market share for companys mobile brand in the Lower Gulf region
- ROI focused management of the brand marketing budget

Position Responsibilities:
- Developing & executing the Go-to-Market plans for the entire mobile device portfolio in conjunction with key internal & external stakeholders (retail / sales teams, channel partners, media, PR & advertising agencies etc)
- Rolling out world class integrated marketing campaigns with the ultimate goal of enhancing brand power, market share and sales
- Building visibility & preference at the retail level through impact branding & innovative POP executions.
- Initiating and facilitating market research activities to gain actionable customer insights.
- Identifying & developing strategic alliances with key partners for co-promoting devices & creating new cross selling opportunities.
- Proactive and continuous monitoring of competitive activities & implementing swift counter actions.
- Efficient management of allocated budgets in line with targeted business & ROI objectives.

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Should act professionally and represent the company with the highest standards of integrity at all times.
- Organised in approach with meticulous planning.
- Have natural affinity and knowledge regarding the Mobile / telecom industry.
- Strong Multi-tasking skills essential & ability to work in under a high pressure, deadlines driven work environment.
- Strong PowerPoint / Excel skills.
