Employment: Full Time

Award winning & ambitious branded food business requires an excellent Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in there sales & marketing business strategy based from there MENA regional office in Dubai.

This role will report into the General Manager for the Middle East & North Africa and due to an excellent last 12 months we require a highly capable Marketing Manager to assist the senior leadership team in the formulation of brand strategies and plans that are in line with consumer interests allowing the commercial strategies to grow in brand equity, sales & profitability.
Your team will be close-knit so were not looking for any shrinking violets here, nor are we allowing any dictators to come into this family orientated business. However, you will hold the ability to build exceptional personal and professional relations, have a tenacious and driven mentality, coupled with excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

Requirements

- 5 years+ of FMCG commercial & marketing experience ideally within the food & beverage industry.
- High level experience in developing appropriate marketing and brand strategies inline with overall commercial requirements to grow brand equity, sales & profitability.
- Marketing budget responsibility & accountability.
- Currently be based in the United Arab Emirates with a thorough understanding of the MENA region pertaining to branded F&B/ FMCG marketing strategies.
