Our client, a leading fashion store, is looking for a highly qualified Marketing Operations Manager with well-documented experience in managing successful projects from start to finish to be based in Doha.

- As a Marketing Operations Manager you will work closely with their creatives to promote the brands and products and lead all major projects within the marketing department.
- You will manage budgets and projects of variable size and complexity in a highly creative environment. By bringing a high level of project management, solution orientation and integrity, you will help in leveraging the capabilities of the whole department.
- The Marketing Operations Manager will be reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager.
- The marketing department is responsible for the stores' marketing throughout all distribution channels, packaging and branding of the product as well as signage, all images and films, special projects such as books, temporary shop in shops, events and exhibitions.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Work as a project manager to follow the followings: budget, timing, quality, production, installation, partnerships, performance analysis, etc.
- Be a key contact for the Retail department

Requirements

- At least three years of experience as a Project Manager / Marketing Operations supervisor within a creative setting. Preferably within a high end fashion company
- Profound understanding of Retail and High end/Luxury fashion
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Driven and result oriented
- Fluency in English and Arabic required
- Highly motivated, self-initiative, and yet a team-player

An interest in fashion as well as other creative fields such as art, architecture, music and literature
