Job description / Role

Marketing & Public Relation Executive
1. Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance Resurgence brand identity; broaden awareness of its values and priorities.
2. Raise the profile of Resurgence magazine, increase the membership base of The Resurgence Trust, develop and implement a companywide plan to increase Membership and sales.
3. .To develop and maintain a database of media contacts.
4. Create marketing/public relations strategy that will allow Resurgence to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences, including the media and key influencers.
5. To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
6. Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization and have the ability Work with the trustees and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
7. Develop Resurgence print communications including the annual marketing report and marketing collateral materials and manage relationships with associated suppliers and clients.
8. Work with the Website Manager to maximize the impact of electronic communications in relation to marketing and new media.
9. To develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the Membership Manager and Website Manager.
10. Serve as communications spokesperson to Resurgence trustees and as a spokesperson and lead person on media interactions that help promote and/or impact the organization.

Requirements

1. Can speak fluent in English Arabic is advantage
2. 2-3 years experienced in branding and social media
3. Good communication skills,
4. Good social media experience
5. Good in marketing branding.
6. Arabic with degree holder in marketing
7. Responsible in marketing & public relation activities for the group.
8. Preferably with experience in graphic design and photo shop and auto cad
9. Salary range from AED 5,000 to AED 6,000
10. Any Nationality / Male
