Our client, a leading financial and professional services firm in Dubai seeks to fill a Marketing Manager’s role.

Reporting directly to the CEO this pivotal role will be tasked with the development and progression of all PR and Marketing Activities from project launches, to events and promotions, production of all marketing collateral and the management of communications support personnel both external and internal.
In short you will be accountable for the provision of a full range of PR & Services to five branches across the MENA region.

The key responsibilities are as follows:
• Ensuring communication and branding objectives are integrated throughout all designs, advertising, signage, exhibitions, digital materials, public relations, collaterals and all other company activities.
• Identifying marketing opportunities in new markets, designing & developing marketing strategies that are tailored to benefit the local markets, while staying true to the global brand strategies.
• Executing local, regional and national marketing campaigns across various media, press, outdoor advertising, as well as direct marketing, special events, launches, and new media activity.
• Overseeing the supervision training and motivation of personnel in the marketing division,
• Representing the organization at various community and/or business meetings; promoting existing and new programs and/or policies. Ensuring consistent corporate branding throughout the entire company.
• Sourcing, screening and managing ongoing relationships with vendors and contractors to coordinate media cost, placement, and scheduling.
• Writing, designing, and overseeing the production of printed promotional materials including catalogues, brochures, flyers, program and media guides.
• Devising media schedules and coordinating with various publications. Meeting with representatives of these publications to identify new opportunities.
• Researching, developing, writing, and editing content of the company website and digital marketing campaigns
• Responsibility for the strategic design, creation, development and execution of external and internal of marketing communication programmes
• Ensuring company materials are always consistent, relevant and up-to-date. Identify and analyze the needs of the company’s main target audiences
• Producing copy and content for marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, website and annual reports
• Develop and maintain the company's corporate image, brand and identity, which includes the use of logos, signage, stationery and a writing style guide as well as all client touch-points.
• Running of in-house communication programs to communicate brand values and company marketing. Contributing to the development of new marketing campaigns to promote the corporate image of the organization.
• In consultation with the Chief Executive Officer, developing an organizational issue management strategy; scanning the external environment for emerging issues, supervising the research, analyzing and forecasting of emerging issues; prioritizing these issues as they emerge and then developing strategies and tactics for implementation.
• Monitoring and evaluating the success of internal and external communications. Keeping up to date on media trends to ensure marketing campaigns are relevant and sensitive to current issues.
• Create marketing collateral, including white papers, proposals, and technical papers.
• Coordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits.
• Monitoring corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage.
• Produce a weekly company e-newsletter
• Responsibility for CRM database - using Microsoft Client Relationship Management (CRM)

Requirements

To be successful in this role candidates will be in possession of the following skills/attributes;

• A strong background and work experience within Marketing including a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a management role
• An MBA in marketing, business or organizational development will be favourably viewed
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written. Candidates with additional language skills will be particularly of interest.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook,
• Charisma coupled with demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff & projects
• Professionalism & strong interpersonal skills combined with a collaborative management style
• Budget development and oversight experience.
• Persuasion skills and the ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
• Creativity couple with the ability to be detail orientated
