Marketing Professional

Job description / Role

1. Supports the senior consultants and project managers for designing the
analysis required.
2. Collects all necessary data from the client for the analysis, look for
alternatives in the absence of data and provide suggestions to the team.
3. Contributes to the analysis designing efforts and guide the Project
manager
4. Overseeing and executing in some cases, the entire research process
from recruiting, defining the research methodology, moderating the study,
analyzing the data, making recommendations, and effectively communicating
findings to a broad audience of stakeholders.
5. Contributes to the preparation of client presentations provide all
necessary research support for the project - i.e. benchmark or best practice
research.
6. Assist in developing the strategies behind a client's business
objectives.
7. Advocate for the right set of actions to implement that strategy.
8. Conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions.
9. Conduct competitors analysis.
10.Design the research to extract the right findings to formulate
recommendations.
11. Assess underlying market dynamics/intelligence and relate to projects to
develop solutions.
12. Equip with all sufficient data to help draw conclusions.
13. Train, develop and agree deliverables of all analysts in his/her team.
14. Lead all 3rd parties for the execution of the project.

Requirements

University Qualifications:
BSc in Marketing, Advertising.

Other certifications obtained:
MBA , Master in Marketing or any related major

Nature and length of previous experience:
Min 2 years
Max 15 years

Previous exp:
Marketing research, Advertising, etc.

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Communication, Negotiator, Leadership, Fast learning

Age Range: 23 to 43

Gender Preference: Male

Language Fluency: Arabic - English
