Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The marketing professional is responsible for overall development and execution of the Marketing & Communications and of the Recruitment Marketing strategies and associated programs in the country, supporting all GP/OGs, ensuring a strong brand presence among key target audiences.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

ACTIVITIES:

Integrated Marketing:
- Develop and implement, in agreement with local CMD, Local Management and supervised by the GEM Marketing Lead, the Country Integrated Marketing plan
- Ensure that all Marketing & Communications programs are designed according to strategic priorities of Accenture.
- To help the CMD to select the most effective internal communications activities aimed to support the sense of belonging
- Interface with and advice other local key stakeholders (Senior Executives), making a selection of their most effective M&C proposals and support them in their implementation according to the shared services model
- Manage day to day M&C activities and budget in local Image, and deployed programs delivery (Growth Platforms, Industries, etc.)
- Manage and report on local Geographic Marketing budget assigned.
- Advise on and provide potential solutions for issue resolution and/or escalation to the GEM Marketing Lead as necessary
- Be the local brand guardian ensuring knowledge of all brand policies and practices
- Manage and administer participation in conferences and other events
- Prepare brochures, case studies and other external information.
- Prepare and update local company website
- Manage local supplier relationships (external consultants, PR agencies, etc.)

Recruitment Marketing:
- Contribute to reinforce Accentures positioning on the labour market, particularly towards graduates, university institutions and the net economy community
- Define the strategies and the annual Mktg Recruiting plan, in cooperation with HR/Recruitment Lead, according to the recruitment targets
- Create and promote innovative projects/materials in cooperation with HR/Recruiting, on time and on budget, in line with the defined strategies
- Monitor the market through annual analysis (RAT survey)
- Guarantee the implementation of planned marketing recruiting activities
- Guarantee and adjust local implementation of global initiatives
- Ensure the correct following of global guidelines and of the international network rules
- Prepare and update in cooperation with HR/Recruiting the local careers website

Requirements

- University Degree, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6/8 years experience in similar role (overall 2/3 years of Mktg experience)
- Background in Marketing, Public Relations, and/or market development roles, with a preference in business consulting, IT and services sectors
- Experience in Account-based Marketing (Customer centric marketing, Opportunity Centric Marketing and Issue Based Marketing) is a must.
- Excellent Arabic & English language skills (spoken, written), Arabic Speaker (Must), Prefer male candidates due to the nature of the job.

Work requirements
