The RoleThe RoleThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and carrying out different Marketing activities in order to develop and maintain awareness of Azadeaˇ¦s brands and drive traffic to the stores. He\She will be in charge of enhancing and maintaining the corporate services. Coordinates with internal marketing personnel and external event organizers/venues to ensure that all marketing promotional events are hosted in a professional and efficient manner. Carries out ad hoc projects work as required, involving internal and\or external liaisons, within set guidelines provided by the marketing manager. Communicates with relevant parties to ensure their awareness and preparation for forthcoming promotional events. Manages efficiently the budget. Drives timely executions. Creates and maintains awareness to brands. Respects brand image and equity. Plans and carries out marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales. Liaises with external agencies to carry out different activities. Liaises and attends meetings with other company departments as necessary to perform duties and aid the business development. Liaises with franchisor to develop, implement & assess marketing activities. Arranges and participates in overseas trips Coordinates activities to develop proper corporate identity. Establishes and coordinates the companyˇ¦s internet presence strategy Conducts market research and competitive analysis Prepares periodical marketing and advertising plans |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in related field of work • Fluent in written and spoken English. French is a plus. • Computer literate with experience in using word, excel and power point. • Strong market planning and budgetary skills. • Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes • Well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively • Highly customer orientated • Able to handle pressure without letting it detract from the quality of work • Dependable and able to act with discretion • Self-motivated, and very creative |
