Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To Maintain and improvement of Marketing High Value Segment activities which is designed to Maximize Revenue and customer acquisition. Handling & managing all related products that target High Value segment.Marketing Strategy

* Participate in building the marketing strategy and provide marketing input into the corporate strategy process

* Incorporate market research results into the marketing strategy

Customer Journey and Experience

* Analyze the customer experience management and make recommendations

* Analyze the consumer segments and provide inputs to the consumer services team in terms of services and to the communications and brand management team in terms of messages and focus

Roadmap

* Building the marketing road map for the High Value segment in Saudi market and assure highest efficient possible launch to maximize the affect and needed impact.

* Define the marketing roadmap and coordinate with the relevant operations and sales teams

Segment Management

* Monitor and analyze churn and make recommendations

* Fully on-going revision and analyses for competitors' initiatives and instant reaction against them to maintain /increase market share.

* Selecting and approving the advertising and merchandising related to each product which are targeting the High Value segment, and writing all text contents on those advertisements.

Team Building and Management

* Assure proper management for direct reporters and proper utilization of available resources.

* Designing and building an effective plan to enhance, develop, and improve the team player and direct supervision.

* Assure potential future growth for direct reporters by building needed competences.

Self-Improvement

* Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

* Attend Training Programs, Courses, and Seminars, conferences, vendor meetings, User Groups and presentations to be ready with the latest business ideas.

Requirements

Industry / Domain

* Consumer Marketing/Telecom

Knowledge and Experience

* Team leader: 2+ years directly related experience.

* Strong knowledge of the design and implementation of post-paid Customer Products & Programs.

* Experience in developing customer surveys and analyzing data and the ability to read and interpret general market data/metrics.

* Experience in communicating with cross-functional teams to execute business activities.

* Confident negotiation skills dealing with vendors and partners.

* Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target market/customers.

* Fluent verbal/written communication in English

* Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.

* Innovative and creative thinking

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and build relationships quickly.

Education and Certification Requirements

* Bachelor degree in Marketing or BA.

* MBA is a Plus
